Our returns policy

Intermedical Direct.com (a division of Intermedical (UK) Ltd) provides high quality medical equipment by reputable manufacturers certified to ISO standards. Unfortunately time to time, defects do occur which requires the product to be returned.

As the distributor, it is our responsibility to display the conditions & procedures set by us in the event a product becomes defective or damaged. Please take the time to read our policy for returns. Our terms and conditions of sale can be found here.

 
Goods purchased online at intermedicaldirect.com or via our telephone service are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
 
Returns of non-faulty goods.
Intermedical Direct.com (a division of Intermedical (UK) Ltd) will accept the return of non-faulty goods on the premise that;
 
·         Goods are returned undamaged
·         Goods are not tampered with in any form, including packaging
·         Goods are in whole, in the original packaging and fit for resale
·         A prior agreement has been reached for the return of the goods and that the customer has been issued a RAN (Returns Authority Number).
·         The obtainment of the RAN number, and return of the goods are executed within 7 days of receipt.
 
Note: Goods being returned are at the customer risk. Intermedical Direct.com (a division of Intermedical (UK) Ltd.) will not be held liable for goods returned damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit. We therefore advise customers taking out adequate insurance, to the value of the goods when arranging a return.
 
In the event of a customer not being entirely satisfied with any goods received, notification must be made in accordance with section 10 of our Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in credit/refunds not being issued.
 
No loan or hire equipment is available whilst goods are being exchanged, replaced or repaired.
 
Returns of made-to-order products
Goods which have been made to order or have been especially purchased for the customer will not be accepted for refund unless faulty in accordance with Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions.

Exchanges
We are able to exchange goods on the premise that the conditions under the heading “Returns of non-faulty goods” are met.
 
Damaged goods upon receipt
If goods were delivered damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us immediately.
