The Melaclean uses an aldehyde free cleaning and disinfection agent in powder form that is simply spooned into the open lid. After start the Melaclean automatically cleans and disinfects your instruments thoroughly and gently. A wide variety of accessories enable small instruments and standard instruments to be cleaned together.
