DELIVERY COVERAGE

At current our website is only able to receive orders and despatch to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. If you are from the Republic of Ireland or any other part of the EU and wish to order an item from our website, please call 44 (0)1732 522444 to place your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charges have been set in accordance to how much you spend. Any orders to the value below £44.99 will be classed as a "Small Value Order" and delivery charged at £3.95. Orders exceeding the value of £45.00 and below £149.99 will be classed as a "High Value Order" and will be charged at £7.95. Any orders exceeding the value of £150.00 will be free of charge.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Intermedical Direct uses Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and DPD Courier Services for the despatch of goods. Goods size, weight and value will determine what service will be appropriate for despatch.

Orders received before 2pm will be despatched for next working day delivery depending on stock levels of the goods ordered. We guarantee delivery of all goods between 1 to 3 working days.
