Any Order over £150, and we will ship your goods, on a standard service, free of charge!* This special offer is open to customers purchasing online only. NHS purchase orders, trade customers & customers purchasing on account are excluded from this promotion and normal delivery charges will apply.

DELIVERY COVERAGE

At current our website is only able to receive orders and despatch to UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. If you are from the Republic of Ireland or any other part of the EU and wish to order an item from our website, please call 44 (0)1732 522444 to place your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES (APPLICABLE AFTER 1st AUGUST 2011)

Our delivery charges have been set in accordance to how much you spend. Any orders to the value below £39.99 will be classed as a "Small Value Order" and delivery charged at £3.95. Orders exceeding the value of £40.00 and below £149.99 will be classed as a "High Value Order" and will be charged at £7.95. Any orders exceeding the value of £150.00 will be free of charge.

Although every effort is made to keep delivery charges low, goods for delivery in Northern Ireland do vary from the carriage charges above. A basket value under £39.99 is charged at £6.95. Most items under this criteria can be delivered by Royal Mail. A Basket value of £40.00 or over is charged at £22.00, most items at this value is usually shipped by Royal Mail or Courier - Free carriage for spending over £150.00 is not applicable for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

Charging carriage on items is calculated on the net value of the order (total before VAT)

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Intermedical Direct uses Royal Mail 1st Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery and DPD Courier Services for the despatch of goods. Goods size, weight and value will determine what service will be appropriate for despatch.

Orders for stock item products are despatched on a 1 to 3 working day service providing the order is placed on a working day before 2pm. Lead times may vary for non-stock items.
