Intermedical Direct.com is one of 3 divisions of the UK cardio respiratory specialist Intermedical (UK) Limited. We are a newly established one stop online medical store bought to you by a well established specialist medical company; accredited to ISO13485 & 9001 as well as an approved NHS Supplier.

Intermedical Direct.com is not just an online medical store. We pride ourselves in great after sales service controlled by a great after sales team. Our accreditations to our ISO certificates ensure this.

We stock a diverse range of medical products specific to GP surgeries, hospitals, doctors, nurses and patients. Our aim is simple; to provide & deliver, on time and in full; high quality products by some of the worlds finest manufacturers in the medical industry.

History

Intermedical was founded in 1997 with a particular focus set on the cardio respiratory sector of the healthcare market. From the headquarters in Kent & our five newly established regional offices around the UK, we have provided hospitals, GP surgeries, nursing homes, and domestic users with quality diagnostic, therapeutic and respiratory support equipment.

In 2003 Intermedical (UK) Limited gained ISO9001 certification, the internationally recognised standard, for our internal Quality Management system. This means we ensure that our service, support and internal systems are of the highest standard.

In 2005 Intermedical (UK) Limited was further accredited with ISO13485 certification. This internationally recognised standard focuses on the Quality Management System with particular relevance to medical devices. Our systems are BSI audited yearly to ensure that our clients can be confident in the safety of the equipment we sell and secure in our ability to provide ongoing maintenance.
